LWYRUP UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates an intermediary platform and itself provides no legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz, RDG). Legal advice and representation of users are provided exclusively by the licensed law firms mediated through the platform. The mandate relationship arises directly between the user and the respective firm.

Consumer dispute resolution

LWYRUP UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7(1) DDG (German Digital Services Act) for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law.
