Data processed on this website

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes data that is technically necessary in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested URL, transferred data volume, referrer, user agent (browser/operating system).

  • Purpose: delivery of the website, stability, defence against attacks.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website).
  • Retention: short term (typically a few days), then automatic deletion at the host.
  • Hosting provider (processor): ALL-INKL.com – Neue Medien Münnich. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place in Germany.

Connections to the LWYRUP API

When visiting this website, your browser calls the following endpoints of our own API (api.lwyrup.eu) to render the live modules and the workflow overview:

  • GET /infra/solar-status – status of the solar engine room.
  • GET /site/pulse – anonymous activity hints (“Live on the network”).
  • GET /site/workflows – public workflow overview (showcase).

With these requests – as with any HTTP request – your IP address and browser/device information are transmitted to our API server and likewise stored in logs for a short period. No content, no behaviour and no further personal data are collected. The activity hints in “Live on the network” contain no personal data (anonymous event types, no names, no details).

  • Purpose: display of dynamic content.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Recipient: LWYRUP UG (same controller); no third country.

No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no content or fonts from third parties (no Google services, no CDN, no social-media plugins).

Processing exclusively within the EU

Personal data is processed exclusively within the European Union. No data transfer to third countries takes place.

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:
